SFC Compositi

SFC Compositi develops and manufactures parts in composite material (carbon fiber, fiberglass, kevlar, etc), from high-volume production to small series and prototypes.
The company was founded in 2003 as industrial evolution of company FESTA SAS, a company that began its activities in the 1970s in the automotive field and was a pioneer to employ composite materials.
Such a change has enabled the new company to focus on series production and has supported improvement and a bigger industrializing of the pre-preg process in autoclave.
Since 2003 a worthwhile collaboration with Ducati Motor Holding, MV Agusta and Sparco has begun.
Year 2007 is characterized by the beginning of the partnership with Sabelt and since then a carbon look seat has been manufactured (and still sold).
In 2008 begins the collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini that allows SFC Compositi to become a key player in the equipment of the exterior carbon look parts of Gallardo: a successful car.
In 2011 SFC Compositi wins an important seal: the qualification as a supplier of VW Group.
SFC COMPOSITI does not work only in the automotive and motorcyclist field but also in the aeronautic and aerospace trade: lamination and mechanical activities are carried out for important companies such as Moreggia and Thales Alenia.
The path charted so far was not free from problems (especially the increasing competition) but the goal is always the higher quality through continuous improvement, customer orientation and a close attention to financial and enviromental sustainability.
To emphasize these aims, new and experienced resources have been introduced in 2014 in order to increase the technical structure, that has the aim to reach a more detailed management of the various processes.  A new department has been opened with 2 CNC machining centers for the production of equipment such as master models and various tools.

 

The Know-how and the experience gained by its founding members and management ensure that SFC COMPOSITI is a benchmark for the autoclave technology and the application of composite materials in industrial field.
